Return & Refund

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons and to return the goods. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in working order, complete, in their original packaging and with the original invoice.

The customer shall bear the return costs, unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery or defective goods).

Excluded from the right of return are:

• Special orders or customised products (e.g. printed club clothing)
• Special offers or goods on sale
• Opened or used items

If the goods are returned on time and in the correct condition, the customer will receive either a credit note or - if available - a replacement delivery.
